Diddy was spotted today by a fab NY citizen;
"I was walking on 56th Street near Broadway and noticed three parked black Escalades. Across the way was Diddy, outside of Wachovia bank lecturing two larger bodyguard-types. He looks just like the Diddy you see on TV."
