Today, Wednesday, September 17, head out to BK for a good cause. Professional Development Wednesdays at NY Perks (193 Smith St. btw Warren & Baltic St.) will be hosting, "A Relief Benefit for Haiti."
"Our goal on this night is to raise awareness about this natural disaster and to hopefully generate and collect funds, clothing and canned food that can be to be sent to haiti within the following weeks.You are encouraged to donate clothes and canned goods which will be sent to the Brooklyn Amory for shipping to Haiti. Also a portion of all proceeds will be donated to http://www.yele.org/ and http://www.batey.org/."
