According to the NYPost, Jay-Z is paying respect to those who respect his privacy. In a remix of Too Short's "Blow the Whistle," J gives a shout-out to his favorite night life "impresario," Richie Akiva.In the remix, J says, "When I'm not at Butter, I'm at 1Oak..."
This refers to two of the spots that Akiva owns, and J respects the fact that Akiva doesn't alert the media when he & B go there to party.
