Apparently the rumors were true because according to sources, Jay-Z & his business partner have announced the sale of the 40/40 in Vegas for an undisclosed amount."The sale is a great business decision, we are delighted. We look forward to expanding the brand even further to Chicago and Tokyo ," Jay-Z told AllHipHop.com.
In the next year, 40/40 is scheduled to open in Macau, Chicago, & Toyko.
