BRING OUT THE BEERS AND THE GREEN! I couldn't walk down the street this morning without running into someone wearing an odd green outfit. As you all know today is St. Patricks Day and the city is going crazy with festivities. The annual St. Patty's parade starts at 11 a.m. today. The parade marches up 5th Avenue, clan by clan, from 44th to 86th streets. The grand marshall is Tommy Smyth (uh who?) Anway if you have time-go check it out!
