As you probably know the Oscars are going down this Sunday night on ABC. However, I'm not that excited since hardly any people of color are nominated. Well if you have nothing better to do, the Kostume Kult is hosting an alternate Oscar party at Kiss and Fly(409 W 13th St,&9th Ave). The event allows us "regular" folk to come dressed as our favorite celebrity. Tickets are $25.oo and proceeds go to the non-profit Action Arts League and its goal of keeping the arts vibrant in NYC.
